I had continuity in ground wire from injector connector to ECU connector, but no signal. Ran jumper wire from #3 to #2 injector connector ground wire with small alligator clips. If your problem cylinder is #1, jumper wire to #2, or 3 is probably easiest. Attach FI connectors, start engine and in 10 seconds you'll know. If idle is normal, #1 isn't getting a ground signal. To verify remove alligator clip and notice if idle goes back to miss-fire condition.
